Do students get paid for being in the intern program?
No, the Team Peace Uv Mine Intern program is a non-paid program. However, if the school or university the intern attends offers course credit for the program; they may receive credit for being in the program.

Will I be hired at Peace Uv Mine to a Full/Part time position?
There is no guarantee of employment once your internship ends. However depending on how much our interns help us grow and develop, we might have the necessary funds to keep the best of the best. Regardless if we are able to hire you after the internship is through, we are committed to assisting you in your transition towards your professional career.

Who do I report to?
You can report to your Team Lead, which will be a Peace Uv Mine Advisor. You should report to them via e-mail,? phone, or message board every Wednesday with updates on assigned projects.  

Every Friday we will have a weekly meeting where coordinators will give updates on Peace Uv Mine, and teams will give reports on the status of their projects.  Then the coordinators will tally up the percentage of work each team completed, and the team with the highest percentage will get a reward.   At the conclusion of each meeting, the coordinators will give out new assignments.

How will interns be able to share their ideas with the staff at Peace Uv Mine?
There will be several ways that an intern can communicate with the staff at P.U.M. First, you can call us. Second, you can send us an email. Third, you can post any question you have on our private message board, or you can wait until our weekly meeting to state your question. Our policy is to answer an intern's question within 24 hours time, by phone or e-mail reply or respond to their message board post.

How do I request promotional materials?
Promotional materials are automatically sent out to interns. If you run out of materials, and need more, call or e-mail? your Advisor requesting what you need and the purpose. If materials are available, it will be sent to you. And don't forget to compose a report on how the materials will be used as well as on the message boards

Can interns send demo tapes in directly?
Yes! When an intern sends a demo in, it will be handled with top priority. The demo should come with a review from the intern who sent it. Our staff will also give your name and contact information to those in your local area who are interested in submitting their demo to us. You should make sure that you have contact info for the Artist. You can send it in with a review.

How do you throw a listening party for one or more of our artists?
The basic idea of a listening party is to get people to hear the music, go buy it and to tell others. It can be as simple as having a group of people listen to the music in your dormitory as part of an existing event. You can make it as elaborate as you like.
